Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Book Your Salon. By creating an account or booking an appointment, you agree to them.
1. What we do
Book Your Salon is a platform that lets customers discover salons, compare prices and reviews, and book appointments. We connect customers and salons — the actual haircut, facial, or other service is provided by the salon, not by us.
2. Accounts
You need an account to book an appointment. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure, and for making sure the information on your profile is accurate.
3. Bookings and cancellations
When you book a slot, the salon is expecting you at that time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so with as much notice as possible — repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book in future.
4. Payments
You can choose to pay online at the time of booking, or pay directly at the salon. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices shown are set by each salon; Book Your Salon does not add hidden fees on top.
5. Salon partners
Salons listed on Book Your Salon are independent businesses, not employees or franchises of Book Your Salon. Each salon is responsible for the quality and safety of the services it provides. Salons are reviewed before being listed, but we can't guarantee every experience.
6. Reviews
Reviews should reflect a real, honest experience from a completed booking. We may remove reviews that are abusive, fake, or unrelated to the actual service.
7. Acceptable use
Please don't use Book Your Salon to harass anyone, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with how the platform works.
8. Limitation of liability
We do our best to keep listings accurate and the platform running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free at all times. To the extent permitted by law, Book Your Salon isn't liable for issues arising from the service provided at a salon itself.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the platform grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
